Yeah, that does seem more disrespectful. Playing a radio loudly and making noise would disturb others who are trying to be somber at a very serious and somber place. Playing Pokemon Go can be done silently, and you just look like a doofus that's disinterested, which really shouldn't disturb others nearly as much.
