I've probably seen Napoleon Dynamite more than any other movie. I can't say I like it any more, but it was definitely integral to my pop culture education.
I've seen lots of kids walking around donning shirts with bearded men on them. Now it makes sense, sorta.
32 Weeks!? I just heard that song a week ago.
Yeah, he'd go to Boston on the east. Not that anyone cares, but Portland, ME does a really impressive job booking mid-tier hip-hop acts. Still, really hard to get people to a state with just a million people.
Being part of a dying class breeds anxiety, yo.
Kendrick was in the Portland I'm closest to earlier this summer (Maine). It wouldn't be too far-fetched.
The paradox of Eminem is that the more successful he's gotten, the angrier his music has sounded. What's wrong, Em? Do you need to talk about anything?
I meant it more that I'm 19 in 2013. Granted, other "sad" acts have translated over time, but I don't think any of my friends are too big on Smith either.
Definitely agree on Looper, I just listed his last non-action film.
I don't know if it's an age thing (I'm 19), but I've never been able to get into Smith. I wonder about it because I've gone through the emotional areas commonly associated with Smith fandom and it's just never taken. He was good in Moonrise Kingdom. I could get behind Willis the character actor.
I'm worried that if Caleb leaves my gf will lose her primary reason for watching the show. That would ruin my excuse that I only watch the show because of her. #SaveCaleb
Red Storm Rising is by far my favorite Clancy novel. It was written before his decent into absurdity and isn't centered on Ryan or any of the regular cast. It's based on an old war game scenario, which leads to some clunkiness, but it's a lot better than most Clancy. Make your father proud.
I loved them in middle school. They made me feel smart for knowing exactly how an RPG worked!
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Jack Ryan.
When I was in elementary school, my mother would always check out the knock-off Clancy books for me instead of the "authentic" ones. I was crushed when I learned the truth. I still haven't forgiven Clancy for deceptively whoring his name. Or my mom for thinking 10 was too young to read about murdered hookers and…
I was forced to watch that while in a hospital. It was like they wanted us to hurt ourselves!

And now we're randomally attaching French words. When will it stop?
