Yes it did have it funny moments, both little and small. From the 3 rogues who were a running comic relief to little moments of comedy. Tommy Lee Jones character was a little funny also. I understand your point. I was more okay with it I think but it is somewhat of a playing to the gallery type of thing sometimes.

Well, I admit to being a nitpicker. I am actually holding back. I loved Quantum too, mainly because it was a direct continuation of Casino I guess in basically the same style, just a minor key compared to a major I guess.

I guess because it was a 50 year anniversary and M was going to (spoiler) they decided they could take some liberties. It was almost like a "We are ENGLAND!" type movie.

1.I was referring to the aston martin he won at the casino from earlier in the movie, not the one that did 10 rolls, and that one could obviously be replaced but it looked nothing like the aston martin from goldfinger, while the one he won playing cards looked like an old aston martin to me.
