Played one of the lesser known orphans who was still actually named in the script, July. I got a solo in "You're never fully dressed without a smile!"

Probably my favorite line in all of Friends; quoted often around my house even though it is almost 20 years old.
My mind was blown when I found out that all of the music in Sleeping Beauty is from the Tchaikovsky ballet. They just added lyrics. I haven't decided if that is a cop out or brilliant.
I finished Anathem about a month ago, and it definitely picks up. I am one of those people who likes to guess where things are going in a story, and I can honestly say that I would have never guessed the end of Anathem. I do really enjoy worldbuilding, so the beginning wasn't as much of a slog for me, but the…
Agree with what a lot of others are saying here. I love Mad Men for the characters and the character development (and non-development). If you are sticking with Mad Men for the plot, you'll probably be disappointed. If you love it for the characters, you'll probably enjoy every season.
I'm in the middle of Blood's a Rover right now and am enjoying it. Hope to finish it by the end of the month.
Remember when the Disney Channel did those compilations of scenes from their movies to create holiday specials? The squirrel scene was always in the Valentine's Day compilation, which is kind of fucked up when you think about it.
Happy to see all of the Moon love! My favorite sci-fi film of the last decade.
I was visiting my niece, who works as a stage manager at Union Transfer, in Philly this weekend and got to see this guy in concert knowing nothing about his music. He was actually really good, and I recommend checking out his album. Not as sure about the perfume, but based on the audience at the concert it will smell…
I'd also nominate the Larry Sanders Show for making actual swearing hilarious. Some of Artie's rants are masterful in their use of swear words.
Thank you for mentioning Lindsay's arc. It was honestly one of my favorite things. Absolutely perfect.
Part of it might be Pine, but I think most of it is that the Kirk in the new movies is not the Kirk of TOS, at all. If all of the other characters also changed significantly that might be OK, but Spock is still pretty much Spock, Bones is Bones, Scotty is actually much better.
"Tag Sale' is the episode I show people to get them into the show. If they like it, I encourage them to start at the beginning, and warn them it will be a bit rough. "Ghosts of the Sargasso" might be another entry point, but I think its better when you know the characters a little bit more.

Perhaps once Disqus gets its head out of its ass I'll…
So people who have seen this in 3D. Is it worth the extra money? Was it Prometheus 3D good or Avengers 3D average?
So glad that you enjoyed Avatar. It really is fantastic. I try to convince all of my friends to watch it, but the "children's show" stigma is a tough one for some of them to get past, especially since the weakest episodes are the first four or five.
You are definitely stronger and learned what I think is the most important factor of a good relationship.
It's been a while since I've seen it, but I remember also really liking Shepard as the Ghost. In most versions the Ghost is freaky and other-worldly and very "scary ghost." In this version, the Ghost is very human, and interacts with Hamlet almost as if he was still alive. I think it makes his torment and his calls…
I hope you are putting this in other places on the comment thread. It needs to be seen by everyone.
More than happy to give credit where credit is due. I've also gotten other friends into Avatar, so your influence spreads beyond even me. I look forward to following you and discovering even more awesome things that I can love.
