Interesting take on Wayans's performance. I'm not sure I'd agree though. It makes me wonder if you're rationalizing his banality to make Bamboozled a better movie than it is. Lee failed so spectacularly at making a film worthy of its own premise (or poster) that it's understandable.

Come to think of it, if he does include Chicago in his killing spree, he'll probably just focus on Lincoln Park. We all would.

Ricky's costume tells us so much about his and Krakow's budding friendship. Ricky borrows Brian's clothes because he's the most boring/normal person he knows - but the two of them are still bonding over their mutual outsider status. Rodolfo was a smartypants and the class queer, so he understands.
