The teen angel sitcom TheQ is referring to was called Second Chance, a show whose name was changed to Boys Will Be Boys. It starred Matthew Perry and I swear Richard Greico, but only Perry is mentioned on imdb. IIRC, the angel aspect was dropped, hence the name change.
The twins in Double Trouble were also in Grease 2.

The best part of Dinosaurs was the Mr. Wizard parody, where his experiments would inadvertantly kill a kid every week, inspiring the catch phrase, "We need another Jimmy!"
