Colton has a movie coming out with The Rock later this year, he's probably banking on becoming a movie star. Considering the track record of other attempts by CW actors to branch out and do movies, he'll fail miserably and find another cushy network gig in a few years.

Colton Haynes must have a ton of confidence in his mediocre acting skills and relatively good looks to leave Arrow like this. Five years and he'll be hosting a bad FOX game show like Kellan Lutz, but without the 30 Rock/The Comeback goodwill.

Eh, I don't know. This is the guy responsible for High School Musical and Hannah Montana at the Disney Channel, and he had a disastrous run as head of Walt Disney Studios before getting shitcanned. He definitely belongs in TV moreso than film, but i'm skeptical.
