Ditto on the nightmares — this show scared the hell out of me.  I remember hiding behind the couch, peeking around the edges…why I didn't just leave the room, I don't know.  Maybe I felt safer staying in the room where my parents were or something like that.

I kept waiting for Craig Ferguson to pop up on the birthday special, too — yeah, I suppose either NBC or CBS would've had a problem with him crossing the network lines.  Kind of a shame, but I suppose he'll get some comedic mileage out of bringing it up next time she's on his show.
