She's a little older now, I guess, but back in the day I thought Parker Posey made a pretty good Parker Posey. I still kinda do.

I fucking love this episode, too: the Hatfield cameo, the flip-book animation, the Honus Wagner trading card — and, yes, the one-time characters (which irks me in other episodes, but not here). I've probably seen this one more than any other.

I honestly thought Ke$ha held that record, but it could just be her performance was as thoughtful as a full sixteen.

Didn't even realize this was the first series episode, but it's one of the two I hear people mention most, along with Field of Pete (the Orange Lazarus episode). They're both great.
