I had absolutely no memory of that Ciara song so I clicked it to see if I had ever heard it. I hadn't, and that song creeped me the heck out. What does that say about me?

Lack of Rage
I listened to the new album online and while I think it will grow on me, I think it is just not as good because Bush isn't president anymore. They aren't quite as full of rage as they were for Empire and New Maps, and while we can all be glad Bush is no longer president, at least we got some good ass…

It may or may not be there in the lyrics. But it was in the attitude that at the time I associated withW supporters and therefore had a visceral reaction to anything rednecky or "real" americany.

Redneck woman
I remember that song really pissing me off when it came out. I was living in Texas at the time, and really was upset by the whole redneck thing becoming something to be proud of. At the time it seemed like everything redneck and embracing stupidity was also supporting W, and it made me weep for America.

TV Fatties
Why is it that on TV everyone is either super skinny or so fat that every item of furniture they lean on/sit on/ look at collapses under their weight?

Jin and Sun
It would have been a lot sadder if Sun had told Jin he had to leave because of their daughter and only Sun had died. The way it was, it felt like they were being kind of selfish now forcing her to grow up without either parent.

I actually took the Lost tour when I was in Hawaii and we went to a lot of the places from this video, including the Hurley golf course. It was all kinds of awesome.

Desmond is by far the sexiest man on Lost. But really, no love for Jack?
