Where the hell were you tonight?! There was some young upstart playing the piano instead.

Where the hell were you tonight?! There was some young upstart playing the piano instead.

I hope it happens.
Whedon's a master at ensembles, and who's the biggest ensemble of them all? I can't wait.

Pretty average.
No great Barney subplot, no great Marshall main plot. Just distinctly average. And Ted is just getting more and more douchebaggy as this season goes on. The King Kong scene was great though.

Another good episode
To me, other than 30 Rock, BBT is the strongest sitcom on television. It's gotten consistently better since the beginning.

Yay!
So happy American Dad! is back. Missed it. Just as good as ever. For me, Cleveland Show keeps getting better, Family Guy is steadily staying just above the terrible line, and I haven't seen the Simpsons yet. But, enjoyable.

Keeps on getting better…
I could so sit and watch a show just about Castiel. Every line of his this week was just pure gold. That abomination line, and the voicebox message had me in stitches.

A lot of hate for Death Proof…
I actually quite enjoyed it. Sure, it's Tarantino's worst, but it was at least entertaining, with eye candy galore. Kurt Russell's absolutely brilliant in it as well.

One of the best…
I sang that Cletus song for about six months after I first saw it.

Oh, and the Matrix!

It took me a while…
…but eventually, I managed to pick something. For me, at least Family Guy has been pretty shoddy for maybe 2 or 3 seasons. Sometimes, yeah, it can still produce a pretty fantastic episode, but mostly, it feels like they're trying to offend because they're known for being offensive. I haven't

Very, very good
Heavy Rain is completely immersive, with a fantastic story. I was worried that halfway through it'd go batshit insane, like Fahrenheit, but it kept on track as a simple thriller/mystery, much to it's credit.

A great episode
As usual, the greatness of a How I Met Your Mother episode rests on Barney being a supporting character. When the focus is on Barney, as it was with much of the start of series five, I always thought it's a bit lacking. But, the Barney/Robin photo subplot was brilliant, and Lily in full anger mode is

Entertaining
I love Floyd drunk. That scene in an earlier episode where he's on the street, talking about the show that he hasn't even seen had me in hysterics, so Floyd drunk is always welcome to me.

Brilliant
Almost my favourite MCS album, second to Commit this to Memory. The three year wait between albums is always worth it.
