I thought that was Wayne Unser for a moment.
I thought that was Wayne Unser for a moment.
Stannis' arrival always seemed like a deus ex machina. I know they set up his journey north in the books (and on the show), but his timing seemed a little too convenient and perfect.
Can't we just give "Ozymandias" the prize and move-on with our summers?
I watched season 1 as a novice, then read the books. After nitpicking my way through 2 and 3, part of me misses being naive to what "really" happens and I have to actively tell myself to enjoy the show for what it is, and not just sit through the episodes waiting for such-and-such to happen. I found this approach to…
I watch the show with book readers, but also talk with non-readers, so I will be interested to hear their take on how everything went down. Thanks for the refresher on the order of murders too.
Magic missile! Magic missile!
It was like the final LOTR movie.
True. Leaving out Jamie's confession really guts Tyrion's thirst for revenge. Did they also switch who Tyrion killed first?
Great finale, but I was really hoping for a Lady Stoneheart appearance too. That would have been a great way to end the season
Brockie's passing means, amongst other things, no more awesome GWAR Undercovers.
So is Joey Fatone in this movie?
Looks like abortion has come up only a handful of times on Star Trek, but I don't know if they ever used the "a-word."
Freddy's BBQ Joint from House of Cards would have been great to eat at before *SPOILER* it closed!
You guys are right, she does not fit the definition of MPDG. I still found her quirk and cheerfulness insufferable, hence my inability to finish the movie.
I couldn't stand Poppy or finish this movie. She was such a MPDG that I honestly thought the character was supposed to be mentally retarded (a la Arrested Development).
How about the opening to the original animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? The song was awesome and informative.
I think it was beginning of season 4 where they flipped the opening credits for an episode to where everything went wrong (ie poorly cooked eggs, broken shoelace). I thought that was very clever.
Glad to see others feel the same way about "Live Through This." I hate Love so very much, but think that is a great album and still listen to it.
Next time someone asks you to enhance an image, paste in a dragon battling a t-rex and ask, "Anything else?"
All these years I thought "Mrs. Robinson" was a Me First and the Gimme Gimmes cover. Damn you Limewire!
