Yeah, one of the major failings, in my opinion, of the third season is how few examples we get of Frank connecting emotionally with someone in a way that doesn't feel somehow forced (i.e. his daughter so of course, or Emma CUZ SHE'S HIS PARTNER, DAMMIT!), so that scene is a wonderful reminder of what can be done with…
