Yeah, I saw an interview with Reggie Watts (who is Corden's bandleader, which I hope he's getting paid very well for because why in the world), and he said neither he nor Corden were the least bit familiar with the format, because they don't ever watch talk shows, because they don't even like talk shows.
Ferguson didn't have one, and his show was all the better for it.
