Why is the song called "What's Up?" and not "What's Going On?" That is what I've always wondered.

I have been telling people today this season is like the "Watchmen" of comedy, the way everything swirls around a few central locations/moments that we see from so many different perspectives and almost *everything* has at least 2 meanings.
