Nowhere did I indicate that Ellen Degeneres is the only female comic that I like. And it depends on how you want to define "comic". My judgement on female comics extends only to stand-up. E.G., I loved Sarah Silverman on TSSP, and think her twitter feed is often very funny. But for some reason my funny bone flat…

No. Most female stand-ups are not funny. The exceptions being lesbians and the ones who act like men. See: Degeneres, Lampanelli (although, her stand-up is not really all that funny)
