There's a cockiness to his performance that's fantastic.  He's a big part of the first season, but really comes into his own in the second.  I loved the hell out of Rome, and Purefoy was a big part of that.

I like this choice a lot, but I was one of those who wanted Purefoy.  He's got more of the smarminess that I imagine is a big part of Rayder's personality.
