Any chance they could just be keeping secret who they hired to play Rhaegar?  His scene in the House of the Undying is important not just to the story, but to Dany's connection with her family (she's never seen Rhaegar, but instinctively knows it's him).  I needs me some Rhaegar!

I wonder if PTA could get away with not having Hoffman in any of the trailers, posters or teasers.  Just his voiceover.  Certainly no one else could, and maybe even PTA wouldn't be interested in trying, but it'd set the tone nicely.
