Caught up to these reviews over the weekend. I think it's been 18 months since I first watched this series, which seems to be the perfect amount of time to wait for a rewatch. Cause now I am readdicted to it.

Gum would be perfection.

Friggin Porpoise Song friggin owns.

The car scene between Jenna and Matty was about as emotionally affecting as this show gets. That, plus Jenna taking the selfish option at the end, is the great (story-wise) way to end a half season that I think has been the best the show has been.

Hey fellow Survivor fans, did you all see that Erik (from the latest season and Micronesia) has his survivor-parody comic out on Amazon now? I ordered my copy, but international shipping means I'll have it in probably July. Looks like it'll be pretty funny and cool though.

So instead of remember to watch/catch up with Switched At Birth, I watched a lot of reality shows over the season break. I did see/love the last 2 episodes of the season, which is what intrigued me. So I'll be joining in as a relative newbie, but looking forward to it anyway.

Love/lust can delude our decision-making. The look on Bob's face to me was enough to speak to that.

My audible reaction to the Sally catching Don scene was "OH SHIT!" followed by a quieter, sadder, "oh shit :("

This. Look you've ruined your reputation with your daughter in one fell swoop, but at least let HER know how much she means to you.
And Sally going back and crying into her pillow gave me total childhood flashbacks. Dammit Don!

What about the old 'watch a particular episode' rewatch? I know this might not work for heavily serialised shows, but I'm often a fan of popping in a favourite episode of Buffy, Angel, X-Files, The Office etc..
From the Buffy side of things, I only finished watching the series last year, but have already rewatched

Some would say I do it for 'comfort', and sure to some extent a lot of my rewatching is done because there is a cushion of expectations there. I am pretty certain I will still enjoy it.

That plus anytime 'Pandora's Box' comes out. They take parts of the game so seriously, like the idea of complete honesty during Pandora's, that it is hilarious seeing the aftermath.

We just need a 'We Can Be Heroes' and 'SHH' review at some point. If anything, every other character besides Lilley is an interloper, kind of.

I'm watching season 1 at the moment via youtube and Dave is providing a hilarious contrast to all the highly emotional and jock-y other contestants. SO, nice suggestion !

I'm rooting for her to overcome her anxieties and be more honest, BUT she's so darn interesting/relatable in her current struggles that I'm happy with how it is going now. The idea that she should be with Matty because he's a great guy is kind of forgetting that she is her own person who seems to be at this point no

I declare that someone has to say this each week. He really is going along, like the show too, quietly and brilliantly.

Like you say, he isn't really a person, I see it as Jenna projecting this idealised lustful version of a guy onto Collin. In this episode she seems to go crazy for moments where he just touches her arm, and it shows how much he can evoke her lust so easily.

I can't watch this till tomorrow because of State of Origin over here! Argh! Just seeing that picture up there has me excited though.

Last 2.5 minutes of Stop Breathin is one of the most beautiful things ever, but yeah Gold Soundz is pretty sweet.
