Also "Dirty Boulevard."

This is the only choice.

Winky Dinky Ho Cakes: "Cuz Hos Gotta Eat Too"

I always thought Oregon's state song should be Pink Floyd's "Careful With That Axe Eugene."

That's your problem. It rains improperly there.

Then why did they bomb Pearl Harbor??

C'mon…what about Lyle Lovett's "That's Right (You're Not From Texas)?"

How about The Weakerthan's "I Hate Winnipeg?"

As someone who has lived in Florida since he was five, I wholeheartedly agree. Oh and there is a canal already cut across the state that would get rid of all of Central and South Florida.

"Florida" by Mofro

I would nominate "Romeo Had Juliette" by Lou Reed:

"I'll take Manhattan in a garbage bag
With Latin written on it that says
'It's hard to give a shit these days'
Manhattan's sinking like a rock
Into the filthy Hudson what a shock
They wrote a book about it
They said it was like ancient Rome"

Queensland? I head that Queensland is just populated by Afghan refugee boatpeople from Indonesia?

Heller and Sonia are completely right about Florida. You can't really hate it unless you grew up here - and then you're just about obligated to. To that end I'd nominate "Swanee River Rock" by fellow rural North Florida native Ray Charles, the slightly subversive but oh-so-funky adaptation of our actual state song

I always wanted Caustic Resin to have a few songs on the radio. Then I could read about caustic resin hits in the mainstream media and give it the old Butt-head, "He said resin hits Heh Heh…"

I played this CD over and over and over in 1999. Keep It Like A Secret and The Promise Ring's Very Emergency form my twin soundtracks for that year. And while "Carry the Zero" and "Bad Light" are truly awesome songs, I gotta put in a plug for "Sidewalk" and "Center of the Universe" and "The Plan."

Oh yeah? Hate to tell you this @fineoakstructure:disqus ole pal, but in case you didn't notice I brought a dominant seventh to this party!

Article synopsis:  Todd = Bill

@fineoakstructure:disqus must be a piano man…no self-respecting guitarist would ever play a B Major when he can slide in a B7 instead.

@avclub-5a1c0dcc8243c086c74ee944052f6f0f:disqus you sure you're not thinking of a I-IV-V7 progression?
