The best seven minutes of television is from a Treehouse of Horrors, but it's The Shinning, not Citizen Kang.

Don't know about album of the year, but it deserves better than a C+. "Fast Peter" and "Return to the Violence…" are both excellent tracks, and while I would have trimmed some of the fat elsewhere, this is still Krug writing delicious melodies with whatever tools he has available.
