I'm not sure if "bullying by lawyer" is a term, but if it is, that's what's happening here. Universal is banking that whoever runs the tumblr doesn't have the money, time, or inclination to defend themselves. So it's not even a matter of whether the tumblr is legal or not, because the chances of it ever getting to

I do agree that most modern albums should get Cs or lower, but not because they're not as good as Marvin Gaye. No, I believe that most modern music is pretty mediocre, though by no means does that make it bad. It is simply not extraordinary, and probably 99% or more of the music that gets good reviews falls well below

He's one of those guys where if you have to try to get into his music you end up feeling like a phony. It just doesn't do it for me. I'm content being aware of his importance without owning any affection for the music.

Tegan and Sara are still a band? Awesome. I met them once when they were doing a record store show. One of them recommended I check out a band called "Bright Eyes" I'd never heard of.

I disagree with the idea that Todd is a psychopath/sociopath on the grounds that the entire premise of the show is how otherwise "good" people can become "evil". We know very little about Todd's backstory, but I imagine he was once much like Jesse. Except where Jesse suffered quite a bit from his decisions (and forced

@fineoakstructure:disqus  It's okay. It took me literally 15 years to get this joke.

I loved Foyle's War. It was like a who's who of British character actors.

I click on an article that says FALL OUT BOY. I don't know what I expected to get out of it.
