So far Anika's entire existence as a character is to block Cookie, professionally and personally with Lucious. It's as if she is supposed to be a foil, but I just don't find her that interesting mostly because she has yet to say or do anything that interesting. I don't think her worldliness makes her more interesting.

I'm having a hard time understanding how someone as awesome as Cookie is remotely interested in someone as awful and annoying as Luscious. It's also unclear why Luscious would prefer Anika over Cookie. Anika is soooooooooo boring. Her character is so obviously a device, and I don't find her enjoyable to watch at all.

I totally get that, and this idea/rationale works in Greek mythology. For me, it's less than effective when it's this extreme in a prime time drama. Honestly, Game of Thrones asks me to suspend my disbelief less than Scandal at this point.

I really just hate that so much of the main tension/conflict of the show is rooted in Fitz and Olivia's relationship. It's not even that I don't think they should be together or that Jake is the better pick. It's just simply unreasonable at this point. That you would start an actual war over LOVE???? GTFOH. I wish the

Cookie is just so effortlessly funny and also an amazing multitasker. She's gotta use Cozi, right?
