I just realized how much I would have liked Under The Dome more if he had just never explained the dome.

Yeah, King's characterizing is fun to read, but its not exactly subtle.

Cell is lower half bad, I personally didn't hate Under the Dome or Duma Key to be that low. and Maybe switch Lisey's Story with Buick 8. Or put Lisey's Story at the bottom of the list. 
Actually, it'd be cool if you leave it off altogther. I'd rather not remember Lisey's Story.
