It seems to me that any sort of deal Romeo's made with the feds would involve some level of immunity which could actually embolden him to some extent.  Not to mention that "business as usual" is a pretty important aspect of not being sniffed out. 

I really would have liked to know what would have happened if Juice had just come out as a half black man.  The show has never given any justification for his fear of being outed, not to mention the fact that Juice already doesn't look entirely white.  Neither does the new prosptect who lost Opie's porn wife.  Aside…
