I'm a huge fan of the way he starts shit-talking his five-year-old "son" after they get dropped by the recruiters.

BETH

Beth's greatest moment is in the episode where the station is on fire. She calls her mom because she's scared, and within two words we just hear Beth yell into the receiver: "NO I DID NOT START THE FIRE."

You'd better not, Buster Brown!
There's something about dressing Ennis up in an old lady's outfit and getting him to spout old-timey sayings that kills me every time.

Callback
"I searched my notes and came up empty, but I could swear that the conversation between Olivia and Alt-Charlie about how the job had changed and how he "wasn't trained for this stuff" was an exact copy of a conversation in an earlier Fringe episode—perhaps between Olivia and Charlie, or perhaps between Olivia

Scarlie is a way better name than Alt-Charlie
Jus' sayin'.

Didn't Simon Pegg always talk about how he really wanted to do a Star Wars tv show? They should have given it to him instead of Seth Green, who's clever but kind of a one-trick pony.

I don't know how Robert Knepper does it
To be on a show where you star in a plotline which is literally a pale imitation of a much better show you were once on with more talented actors, writers, directors and everything must be pretty fucking surreal.

Agreed. Company Man is honestly one of my favourite single episodes of any series, to this day. It was fantastic, through and through. The only weak parts were literally anything that didn't directly relate to the Claire/HRG vs. Parkman/Sprague dynamic, and those things were close to nonexistent in that episode.

I don't think the point is so much that everyone doubts the external world, and but rather that the vast majority of people in the village submit to that belief in a kind of doublethink. The only people who are really duped are the kids, which makes sense if the village watches people as closely as it does. Parents

Who is Number 1!?

I meant the "video to humiliate America" was weak. The post-credits video of April at the mansion was also gold.

In venezuela, government moves like hot knife through butter
Yeah, this had its weak spots (like the videotape bit at the end) but overall it was consistently funny.

…do you know Viola?

Eh, Doug and Dean doing things to their dicks is a running joke on the show, which I believe started with their competition in the bathroom to see whose dick was bigger. They were all hopped up on meds and starting jerking off with facial cream.

Funny episode but…
Nancy is criminally negligent when it comes to her kids. First the people working for her Mexican crimelord lover rat him out to Mexicunt who puts a hit out on Nancy. Then the hit goes awry and one of Nancy's sons gets shot. Then Nancy's crimelord lover says "No, we CAN'T go to a hospital because

Did you really think Shane was going to die? I didn't even see the preview and it seemed obvious that he wasn't going anywhere. Setting aside the fact that he got hit in the arm which is hardly a life-threatening injury (especially on a tv show), the show doesn't really seem to have room for the death of one of the

One of Lisa's finest moments is in the early seasons when Stu wants to record his Lisa Miller song, and Dave forces her to sing it. The hesistant yet rushed way she sings "Come back Lisa, Lisa Lisa Miller…come back Lisa…youlittlelovekiller" always kills me. People who say she isn't funny have something wrong with them.

I liked the bit at the end where Bill (on the answering machine) talks about the "ditzy redhead" in the office and how she'll probably find a way to screw up. Cue Beth screaming in that hilarious voice she does "Oh my goooooddddddd" and running out of the room.

How on Earth can it even compare to "Jimmy has fancy plans…and pants to match!"
