I'll never do it but I've always thought: Spider-Man's webshooters on both wrists and the palms of my hands.
THWIP!

I was going to make a counter argument for "a Marine Biologist" but that was George playing out the hand Jerry dealt him.

At Mickey's latest wedding Kramer's date was crying because she wanted Mickey and the bride told Kramer she really wanted

Reading it again I see what I misunderstood (as Citric pointed out) but I still see what bothered me: I don’t think of “banter and swoony, not-entirely-serious romance” as being unique to The Princess Bride so I was assuming a stronger connection between the two. It’s certainly part of the fantasy heritage but those

But there's a difference between playing the Action Princess straight but unrealistic and having a character "protest that the prince-saves-the-day ending does well with focus groups". That's what I meant.

This is comparable to The Princess Bride?
“not-entirely-serious romance”? Wrong.
“sometimes slow”? Wrong.
“sometimes too reliant on fakey special effects”? Wrong.

I had a hard time just watching the trailer. I can't imagine subjecting myself to 106 minutes of this.

I remember those Politically Correct books which were "Teh Hotness" for a while. I'd like to reread them now and see how poorly they hold up.

Well, it's it both right? Parents making a joke about their family history.

It actually seems like too high of praise.

"the best percentage of success than anything that preceded it". The MPAA is better than the old Code, but that's relative and doesn't mean we couldn't create an even better system.

We'll know for sure when they talk…just…like…THIS!

…WHAT?

This was the first I've heard of their conflict too, as I don't pay too close attention to their twitters. But I'm surprised that Smith's comic book from 1998 never came up in the argument.
Kevin wrote a comic called "Chasing Dogma" that showed the adventures of Jay and Silent Bob as they went from the end of

Well, let's hope so.

Chilly for me

It's one movie that was never followed up on.

I bet they regret that.

I see what you mean. It would be nice to see new stories spring up around Haley (& Jeff) now that they're back; I enjoyed last week's story with Jeff's step-daughter. But I'm ok with things springing from a conflict. And really it wasn't that big of a deal with this episode. Once the bet was made we didn't see Haley

"reintegrating Haley into American Dad, and that might be part of its problems.  The temptation to go All In The Family with Stan and Haley butting heads politically might be too much. "
