I think that "I Got A Name" is actually really well done and appropriate for such a great song. They blend the shots with the real dog and the Muppet dog really well.

The reason it's only that those theaters is because Nolan only wanted it shown on IMAX screens with 70mm film projection. Since most IMAX are Digital, there's only a few that get it. That's why the locations aren't always the biggest and best.
