Do you know the RUBBER MAN, he raped Mrs. Coach!
Do you know the RUBBER MAN, he raped Mrs. Coach!
I was enjoying it until the worst piece of dialog happened.
Oh, he let Viven know how he feels, all right!
Knowing this show, Ben would probably get pregnant.
I'm giddy with hope that my theory is true and the nurse saw RUBBER BABY! via ultrasound, in full suit and all.
Unless she lied and the dog is a ghost now, then she couldn't be more evil. Not only is she a puppy murder, she's also a liar.
Ben Harmon's best lines: Week 3.
You guys, that was some good shit. That was some good, messy, less-terrible fun. They sort of, kind of, microwaved a dog! This was a lot more fun than 90 % of the last season of True Blood.
Also, I'm not even going to pretend that I, ahem, almost didn't scream like a little bitch when the zombie came through the window and grabbed Shane.
Shane just became my favorite character. Aside from Daryl that is, but that's obvious. I can forgive how stupid the writing was and how convenient it is that we never saw just where they parked the car. I'm also conflicted because: why'd they have to kill Otis? OTIS! He was a bright spot in these two episodes.
Aside from the final twists, which felt very un-TVD like, I can't quite explain why, they just felt little weak; this was an excellent episode. This episode just felt like a fun standalone, even though it was anything but. Great stuff and great pay-off to the ghost plot.
Ben Harmon's best lines: Week 2. I'll be providing this segment every week because it brings me much joy. Without further ado:
This goddamn bipolar show has me feeling a bit bipolar, too. My reaction to the second and tonight's episodes were completely different than that of the first and third. This episode was fun and terrible and had the best bits of horror, yet.
Unfortunately, the show might like that and respond with even worse writing.
Also:
No, seriously, guys, what the fuck is this show?
Well, I thought that was fun. Definitely didn't expect that after the pilot. That was a fun hour with some alright twists, decent name-checking and, dare I say it, kind of horror-y, which the pilot was anything but. This was more or less a stand-alone and it'd be fun if it continued to be like that since the chances…
You guys, what the fuck did I watch? I wouldn't even know how to grade it.
So, based on the promo, is the next episode the one when Puck finally admits that he's actually 35? Plot twist!
Very dark episode, indeed. The final couple of scenes gave off a bit of Breaking Bad vibes, but that might just be because I'm still on a BB high from last week. Not the worst show to emulate.
