I saw last night and completely agree! "Trained professionals who act like idiots" seems to becoming a thing with these films and it boggles my mind that no one involved in this thought to sort out the plot holes you could rive a Buick through.

I gave up on the first season after maybe four episodes but got back into it for season two when I was staying with my best mate's family for a little while. They were nuts for it and convinced me to join in their weekly SHIELD night, and to my surprise it was much, much better. And now they've lost interest in it, so…

Team Arrow did refer to him as a zombie, after the last time they tussled with him and he survived a ton of stuff. I think he is actually technically dead! So maybe a million bullets won't bother him but I'm pretty sure chopping his head off would haha
