Yeah, it's not that bad. Definitely has a BSG-on-network vibe to it, with some interesting conspiracies, mysteries, and conflicts set up efficiently over that first 40-something minutes.  I'm in for the first season at least… but, then, that's probably all it'll get anyway.

@avclub-6aa0ab5b874b35bb21f89136ee1e8175:disqus … what did they spend more time on this summer: regular season baseball highlights or "Where's Dwight gonna go?" and "How's Tebow gonna do in NY?"
They know their audience.

I've seen the posters here and there, but I just assumed they were for the last one and never taken down.

I'm a recent graduate, so I'll spare the petty complaints that I'd probably have after spending four years anywhere (the food kinda sucks and the housing wasn't great, but they've built/are building better now).

It's been rated the most beautiful campus on Earth by an international panel of architects.  Which is a thing you hold onto as a student there when the only other thing that sets it apart from other elite liberal arts schools is that it's also the second most expensive school in the country.

A guy I know that worked on that medical thing only ever described it as a tv movie, even before production began.
So, I guess that makes me and my network of casual acquaintances the second most reliable place ever invented.

@avclub-808e22af6c33eea22608f30cef458844:disqus I'd get the point you're trying to make here if these were all younger comedians, but the guests featured arrived (for the most part) at the end of the comedy boom/club-circuit era before the rise of alternative scenes.
There was an attitude then that comedians should be
