I can only guess as to what the movie was actually about, but they were dressed up as cowboys on the front (plus the hustler/rustler thing). So apparently it was a Western featuring people in clown makeup.

Well there's certainly "problems" here. I mean I'm no doctor (and neither are psychologists, amirite?) but this seems more like a psychological issue to me.
