It's still more believable than Darth Vader being See-Threepio's creator.

Hamill's Muppet impressions were much better than Rich Little's.
The Mad parody of The Wonder Years is brutal. That being said, when Kevin reveals what happened to the other characters at the end, he mentions his folks living in retirement in Florida, so his Dad actually got a better fate in the Mad parody than he did in the actual show.
The only thing more inexplicable than Madeline's lust for Kevin was Kevin's dismissal of her for Winnie Cooper. And this was when Winnie was treating Kevin like shit!
The religious demagoguery has added a whole new aspect to this. It's like Cosby is turning into Greg Stillson.
Yep, in a 1978 interview. The Savile comments were edited out of the version of the interview broadcast on the radio at the time, but the full interview was included on the recent American re-release of the first PiL album. Also, Lydon wrote about it in his recent autobiography.
"Trust, who do ya?
Trust, what makes you a real lover?
Trust, I put this question to ya
Cause I want you to be with me"
I was staggered when I found out Sledge Hammer! originally aired in the US with a laugh-track - in Australia, the episodes we got were sans laugh-track (fortunately, the DVD retained the laugh-track-free episodes).
It's still unavailable on DVD, yep, although Wiki says it's available on Amazon Instant Video and Netflix. It would be cool if the film got a release that restored Mann's original cut. I'm not sure how tolerable three hours of The Keep would be, but I'm sure the story would at least make more sense in that version.
I re-watched the film, and it is indeed awesome.
"Cooper just doesn't age well, does he?" is something I hope we're not all saying when the new Twin Peaks episodes air.
Peter DeLuise was the show's unsung hero.
"Hawkeye's antics irritate the other Mohicans…" *chuckle*
Trevor Jones did some good music for Jim Henson (The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth).
I watched most, if not all, of Last of the Mohicans when it came out on video (2 decades ago), but I honestly can't remember this climactic battle sequence everyone here is raving on about. But I do have the DVD kicking around and fuck, does this thread make me want to break it out of the shrink wrap. It'll be almost…
Jodhi May! She went on to get hot and heavy with Joely Richardson in the incestuous romp Sister My Sister.
The Director's Cut of Manhunter has some shitty changes too.
Sounds not unlike the Hudson Hawk anecdote from Richard E. Grant's diaries - something about (producer) Joel Silver being angry at the world's spherical shape.
The Huckabee interview is an example of why I find it hard to watch The Daily Show sometimes. I realise the show is doing a public service when it makes fun of Fox News - whether it's by showing clips or actually interviewing people from the Fox coterie - but at the same time, it's painful to watch these right-wing…
So… The 1967 Gymnasium Show that was supposed to be Volume 2 was included on the 2013 re-release of White Light/White Heat. I assume the 1969 Matrix show that was included on the 2014 re-release of The Velvet Underground would've been Volume 3? I think you're right, it would have been cool if The Bootleg Series…
