The one enduring value of Forks is its proximity to what I presume to call Washington state's best river fishing.

I've seen this movie about a dozen times.  The tone of it makes me want to laugh even when there are no jokes happening.  I love how the executioner treats the guy like the guest of honor.

Just out of curiosity, what did Chevy Chase hate so much about Community?  I've disliked him in a lot of things the past 15 years or so, but I really liked him on this show.

Maybe, but I've heard and enjoyed plenty of bands that I couldn't name a member or album of.  Shit, I can play half a dozen Holy Modal Rounders songs on the violin and this article just made me realize I don't know a single thing about them.

Yeah, I'd say he broke his life when he broke his foot.  Sometimes people will bounce back from that, but not if you cook, clean, and pay rent for them.

D&D is probably pulling so many royalties they don't even need sustainable numbers of players.

The Ender and Bean series'seemed to follow a similar trajectory of very strong to still good to please kill me.  Fortunately Terry Brooks already cured me of my compulsion to finish every initially-fun story to its bitter end.

That's actually not the climactic event of the book, for reasons I can't explain without spoiling it.  It looks more like the mission's first encounter.  

There's a life well lived for ya.  It hadn't occurred to me that this guy might still be alive.  I saw Sinbad and Clash of the Titans in theaters as a kid and they were awesome.
