Well, when you're growing up and the only musician you see who looks like you is Scary Spice, turning on "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" for the first time is life-changing.
I'm not going to bother reading this article. The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is one of the greatest albums of all time and little black girls everywhere would suffer without it. That is all.
