Not to be pedantic or anything*, but neon pink and yellow camouflage is extremely practical.  The neon makes you visible to other hunters, minimising the chances of you getting shot accidentally, and deer are colour blind, so you retain the element of stealth over your prey.  Unless your prey is humans.

It's like a slightly shitter version of Tremors.  It does have Scarlett Johansson in a towel though, so there's that.

Okay, when will people get this into their heads?  It is a hatting museum, not a hat museum.  Whilst hats feature prominently, it is the process of their design, manufacture and trade that forms the primary subject matter of the exhibitions on display.

Police, Adjective (2009) and 12:08 East of Bucharest (2006) are both very good.  I've heard good things about If I Want To Whistle I Whistle too, but haven't seen it myself, so can't vouch for it.

I think it's more accurate to interpret "A bout de souffle" as the state of affairs where all the souffle has run out, which implies that there was some souffle to begin with. In a deleted scene maybe?

That is very much a film worth seeing.
