Good as long as nobody touches "Happy Endings". Until "Community" comes back HE and Modern Family are the best comedies on TV, and they are both in the middle of amazing seasons right now. Seriously if you are not on the HE boat, you're missing out!

I would say "The Ring" is number one. Easily the best PG-13 horror film I can think of. 

This special is funny but not his best. I've been a huge fan of Todd's for years, saw him live twice in Colorado he is awesome.
