It's a ice time to die!

Noah - While visually interesting at times it was a bit overlong. The time spent on the ark after the flood, I felt, killed the momentum.
The Boxtrolls - Charming, and a breezy family film. While not my favorite Laika production it was still fun and I'm always down for some good claymation.
The Triplets of Belleville -

That's Cookie's word. You don't get to use that word.

After all, He was a human being.

Have you seen Inside No. 9? It's a Shearsmith and Pemberton anthology series. It can be a bit uneven, but still worth a look if you haven't seen it.

I was thinking Gendry maybe? He hasn't been around since season 3(?) but was supposed to be heading back to King's Landing so maybe Littlefinger is going to throw a wrench into the legitimacy of Tommens rule.

Not as pervy as Wolf Eyes.

Yeah, I don't know. Just an idle thought I had. Something to do with Selina losing popular support and the ticket getting switched around. I've not really fleshed out a scenario where it actually works.

Who among us hasn't done the same thing?

I figured that Richard was bluffing the EndFrame guys when he was criticizing their whiteboard and trying to make them sink hours into fixing a problem that wasn't there. You would think that he would have learned his lesson the first time.

Ever since Tom James was introduced I've been thinking, perhaps foolishly, that he's going to end up as the President and Selina back as VP. It's probably the fact that as of yet he's just too good for 'their' world that leads me to think this though.

There's a pretty good quote in the Sonny Bono Act wiki page made by his widow on the congressional floor. I would have taken it as satire if I didn't know better.

Indeed. The last thing I saw him in was The Man in the White Suit starring Alec Guinness. I knew him by his voice at first and then his name came to me. A Solid actor, and a quintessential Watson.

I'm all for the original authors getting fair compensation for their work, but 90 odd years on and long after the creators death I start to feel like the estate should just let it go.

I've got a soft spot for the 1950's series starring Ronald Howard as Holmes and
Howard Marion-Crawford as Watson. Most of the episodes are original with only a handful being based on Doyle's works.

Tomorrow kicks of my biennial viewing of Band of Brothers. It is phenomenal. Definitely give it a go.

A further Netflix purge of titles that have been languishing in queue prison.
The Comedy: Tim Heidecker has been my cup of tea comedy wise (except Tom Goes to the Mayor) and drama wise is even less so. The film is hollow and charmless. It's like watching a glass of milk curdle, but with none of the enjoyment that one

Jonah Hex bombed pretty bad. Though, I don't think it was a property that most would be familiar with either. Punisher: War Zone didn't do too well either, so I guess it's a bit of a crap shoot.

I've been putting time into Murasaki Baby on the Vita. I'm not really sure what to make of it. It's a very slight game, short and simple. The art style is interesting' dark but at the same time sweet and childish. I like that they tried to use every touch mechanic that the system offers, but soon the screen is filled

We have a blast at home playing the Jackbox on PS4. Jack and Fibbage are the big games with us finding the drawing game the least fun. Enjoy.
