I'm probably in the minority here, but aside from the mask, I actually prefer Laurel's black canary costume to Sara's. The corset and tight undersized jacket just looks weird and impractical to me.

I'm personally fine with messing with canon as long it it reaps suitable rewards and doesn't stray too far off.

Minor criticism I had of the episode:

That level of clunky tongue-in-cheek ness is something I'd expect to pop up on Gotham.
