At the risk of sounding like a jerk, I think Tim & Eric is one of those acts that pretty much always gets a pass here, no matter what they do. Even the boring-ass movie Heidecker made got a positive review.

Pretty sure he mellowed out over the years. Plus, unlike a lot of famous people who are known for being irascible assholes, he owned it and never tried to be defensive of or make excuses for it.
