She should drink one of these while hula-hooping.

Babies? Peeee-ew!

Remy LaCroix?

Honestly, it's a big reason why I'd never go back to re-live my teens and twenties. I like just being comfortable with who I am.

I agree with that list pretty much 100%

I think Get Happy! is essential, if not for any individual songs (tho I loves me "The Imposter" and "Love For Tender"), then for the pivot in direction he felt compelled to take after hearing people imitating the Attractions sound and the Ray Charles incident.

"It's not your fault…"

The albums are (with the exception of their last) surprisingly solid and coherent.

All the above responses as well as permanency. Digital media is ubiquitous and infinitely reproducible, but it existence is always precarious.

The only David Cross albums I have are by the guy that briefly played electric violin in King Crimson. It confuses people who browse my collection.

It's catchy. I got tired of it because it was on our mandatory playlist at the record store when the album was new, but you can't deny its hookiness.

Do it! That'd be a great follow-up! AVClub needs more quirky, personal features like this!

Am I the only one who likes The Top best?

Folsom Prison was always on our turntable when I was growing up…alternating with Elvis Aloha from Hawaii. The former is my dad's favorite album, the latter my mom's.

Those American Recordings discs gave rapidly diminishing returns after the second one.

Wow, between the Coldplay entry here and the comments on the Bee Gees book yesterday…are we seeing the breakdown of the "hip/unhip" divide or have I just gotten so damn old that what was unhip ("guilty pleasure") in my day is hip again? Do people even say "hip" anymore? I hope I don't fall and break mine!

I love this song…Nina Simone's lightly funky and deeply vulnerable version is my favorite.

Don't forget "Jive Talkin'" and "Tragedy!"

The toothbrush fence!

I'm pretty sure Bob Ezrin is quoted in A Saucerful of Secrets as saying he'd helped re-tool Another Brick in the Wall to be a radio hit, so yeah…
