They really made her pop in Valentine's Day when she wore pink and had her hair done.  That was the beginning of ole Pammy stepping out of her shell and dolling herself up.  I for one enjoyed it, even though I found her just as attractive in the early episodes.

@avclub-ee4fadf37efceab02df97947e8d240a6:disqus The big reason I had a hard time with seasons 6-8 for the most part is that pretty much every character on the show turned into douchebags and became quite unlikable.  It got so bad for Dwight that he took over for Ryan as the biggest ass on the show, in my opinion.

It is funny how in the beginning it was just Michael, and then eventually they made Toby's character weirder and weirder until everyone else basically felt the way Michael did towards Toby.  I liked early season Toby, even if he was everything wrong with the paper industry.

The only one that I think can compete with that is her tape worm bit in Weight Loss.  Her talking heads early on in the show were terrific.

I'm in agreement about seasons 1-5, but I'm a bit more down on seasons 6 and 7.  They did have their good moments but overall for me they had a lot of duds.  I liked the Tallahassee arc in season 8, but other than that it was not great.  I liked the end of season 9, I thought it got back a little of the old magic at

"My voice mail is real spotty.  Sometimes…"

Michael's reaction is priceless in Branch Wars.  "I…I have no words."  That was Michael/Toby interaction at its best.

I loved how Creed turned to the side when he was getting his ID badge photo, like it was a mug shot.  Hornberger just looks at him and says "You're good."  It is perfectly Creed to treat a photo like a mugshot.

Yeah, I feared he was done when Walt said "Found him."  Man, that made my stomach drop.

I was hoping Skylar would hire back Bogdon to boss him around, but he's rolling in money from her purchasing the car wash.

I'm glad we didn't have to see Jesse getting tortured, I don't think I could have taken that.  Especially at the hands of that murdering feeb.

Mother of God, what an intense episode.  Poor Hank and Gomie; I knew Gomie was toast but was hit pretty hard when Hank got shot.  Walt coldly telling Jesse that he watched Jane die just hit me in the gut, I couldn't believe how completely he snapped this episode.  Man, what a cold bastard Walt has become.  It was even

Yeah, Gabe took over as the creepy weirdo for Toby but I did find some of his scenes quite hilarious.  His "walk away, bitch" after Andy had left the room and when Erin dumped him publicly at the Dundies and he had to go up on stage and make a speech particularly shined for me.

I loved that, seeing Ryan's smug look and cockiness all go away for once.  I feel this event was the cause of Ryan turning into an even bigger dick than he already was at that point toward Pam.

Also a good one: "Let's get it started!  Black Eyed Crows…"  That one was particularly funny because of Michael's poor taste in music, evinced when he had as his ringtone "my humps".

You are right, but then Toby went on about how he thought the strangler was innocent and started acting really weird, so a common joke/theory on here was that Toby was the real Scranton Strangler.

"I bet Luke Perry's friends don't treat him like this."  I love it when Michael flubs pop culture references, musicians, and actors.  This one was up there with the crime aid fundraiser episode where he claimed he had tickets to see Bruce Springsteen and he enters to music by Huey Lewis & The News, thinking it is a

"Dwight was literally dressed like one of the Village People and carrying around his own urine in a cup.  Why does he do the things he does for Michael, I just don't get what he is getting out of that relationship."

Yet another chapter in the long struggle between Michael and Toby.  I found Michael's unwarranted and unnecessary cruelty to Toby early on humorous, but I always did feel bad for Toby until they turned him into super creeper/possible Scranton Strangler.  Toby was a great character early on in the show's run.

Yeah I'm with you, after him getting fired in disgrace his presence on the show was completely unwarranted and his character became absolutely insufferable.  I wouldn't even acknowledge his existence if I were Jim.
