Wonder Boys was after Traffic. On the plus side Wonder Boys had Iron Man hitting on Spider-man. And Any Given Sunday rocks, especially when you consider that Stone cut that shit on a flatbed, not on Avid, over 3,000 cuts! And there are over 80 songs, it's crazy.

Gordon Gekko's son was a fat retard, I'm guessing that 23 years on if the obesity didn't kill him then the 'tardiness did. They should have bought back Sean Young, maybe 23 years on she's learnt how to act.

One Sheen is too busy getting arrested and the other is counting his $375,000 per episode of Two and a Half Men money. And the other Sheen is Emilio Estevez.

No the one where she hacks off her clit, your not telling me you forgot that? Or were you too busy fapping? I know I was.

They made a joke out of a well known geeky pop culture reference; that's the MO of this show. Most LOTR jokes seem to focus on someone saying the word 'precious' to an object that is round. To go to the trouble of stating that the ring is from the actual film is not a casual reference, especially as there are only

Yes, I think American Dad did that better and even had Roger fall into some "flames". I was expecting Sheldon to do the same jig as Gollum, and golem is Yiddish for 'monster' so they could have used that in some way.

The TV series lasted 88 episodes!

Curly Sue was pre-HA2.

It could be another Pretty in Pink or Curly Sue. Hope its the former, but will probably end up as the latter.

And working with Xenu worshippers (Leah Rimini).

You forgot that Keeping the Faith also had Jenna Elfman as an attractive woman, which was a stretch.

I disagree with Sweeney Todd and say that Ed Wood was the last good film Tim Burton made, so it's been about fifteen years.

Unless his films start with Bat, Be, Ed or Pee I have no interest in Tim Burton any more. Mars Attacks, POTA, Big Fish, Charlie & TCF, Sweeney Todd and now this; whatever edge he had has been hewn down to a series of boring tropes. That said, I really like Danny Elfman's music.

NPH also had a line about "fabulous gay guys" which may or may not have been a self-reference and a shout out to his boyfriend, otherwise known as Scooter.

I have a feeling…
…that Something, Something, Something Darkside counts as three episodes and is currently scheduled to go out as the season finale, so that may be why they are going to skip a few weeks for FG.

Maybe you should, I don't know, watch television?

Have not read the book…
…but did hear the adaptation on Radio 4's Book at Bedtime, and it gradually drew me in. Sounds like the film matches the book.

After around 17 generations sticking to each person needing 2 ancestors then there are more people on the planet than the maths demands, you don't need 52nd cousins. This is the same reason why pyramid schemes fail, to profit from them you need triple the planet by the 12th level.

I think Amelie was going to say it…
…but got cut off by Jack, Who Do You Think You Are is an adaptation of a BBC series. And everyone is related to Charlemagne, seriously, look it up.

In all fairness at one point he is an American (by accent if not by birth) and a werewolf and running around in London.
