It's cool to think that this record, acclaimed as it is, is probably going to grow in stature as time goes by. It's a great example of "plagiarism from the future," like, we unconsciously realized how much more prescient and vital the themes would become.

The Bends is my "favorite" record of theirs, but I know full well it's not their finest. It's just so damn listenable. Which is ironic considering my second favorite is Kid A.

Sent chills down your Brent Spine…r?

That's a great way to put it! I guess you could say that it…spelled doom for the remainder of their career.

Sometimes I feel like Jeopardy clues stem directly from my unconscious. A few weeks ago, I walked around all day thinking about how "Method of Modern Love" is, by far, Hall & Oates' weirdest tune.

Even if she leaves walking backward down the runway, I'm glad to see Nina go. I just caught up on Untucked yesterday, and the tone of her note to Valentina was dreadfully selfish. I interpreted it as "I'm sorry you're going because I wish you could have stuck around to help me feel better about myself." On a happier

I like Jeopardy contestants that answer the clues like they're sharing a secret joke, and Mary was exemplary in this sense.

::thinks of great "Talk about a Russian UNorthodox wedding, amiright folks?" joke during the episode::

Dammit!

I wonder if "become a missionary in Ecuador" will become a synonym for "send him to Belize."

I lived in Wyoming for 18 months, it was more beautiful than any other place I had ever lived, and I was told by locals it was the "ugly part of the state." The Tetons are simply astounding.

Question: Would the film be improved if Baldwin's character were digitally replaced by the Boss Baby?

That reminds me to open a bag of cool, refreshing Doritos!

I'm grateful that the commentariat here has turned into a layup line of clowning on McKesson; it's pretty clear that the AVClub writers haven't adequately gauged the vibe of their readership. As respectfully as I can say it, I will: I'm unconvinced that my vision of politics or political change is shared by that man,

Dew I really want to watch this series?

Final season of the rebooted Battlestar Galactica is all about finding the final five Zyklons.
