I thought it was an extremely poor show as a trailer compared to Civil War, which used music to build up a feeling of sad, relentless inevitability. The Apocalypse movie trailer could have used something like the more marketable seconds of a Nile track or a more consistent use of that Snow Ghosts song to hint at…

It was like a trailer trying hard to be a YouTube parody video of a trailer. I tried hard to imagine the Bryan Singer movie behind it but had trouble cutting through.

Don't give Claremont credit for Apocalypse, that wasn't him. Give him credit instead for all those stories about the X-Men becoming helpless babies over and over in various symbolic and literal ways.
