Maybe you should stop whining because a character's black.

Watch less of it?

You seem like no fun.

Well, we can't all be smart.

Have you seen how McKinnon is dressed for this? It's a Paul Feig movie. Calm down.

"Cinematic universe" is a marketing term, and we have plenty of names for these things: fluff, popcorn movies, blockbusters… nothing new has happened.

Great!

Because this is a "most anticipated" list.

Never listen to Star Trek fans when it comes to Star Trek. It's as bad an idea as asking comic book readers about comic book movies.

Star Trek Beyond has the right director. I'd like to see Jon Favreau take a shot at the series.

I guess the one I'd be referring to that way that wouldn't involve me being Gollum from J. R. R. Tolkien's children's novel "The Hobbit".

I thought it was an extremely poor show as a trailer compared to Civil War, which used music to build up a feeling of sad, relentless inevitability. The Apocalypse movie trailer could have used something like the more marketable seconds of a Nile track or a more consistent use of that Snow Ghosts song to hint at

It was like a trailer trying hard to be a YouTube parody video of a trailer. I tried hard to imagine the Bryan Singer movie behind it but had trouble cutting through.

Don't give Claremont credit for Apocalypse, that wasn't him. Give him credit instead for all those stories about the X-Men becoming helpless babies over and over in various symbolic and literal ways.

Any chance they'll get turned back at the borders?

But Zizek's a clown.

I expect this movie to make sweeping generalizations and entertain me while doing so.

Who doesn't?!

We have a moment of groaning American disappointment ahead as a bunch of people experience a contemporary Toho Godzilla movie for the first time.

Looks like it from the trailer, which also revealed there is still this weird sliver of nerds that is just enraged over what they seem to perceive as a personal vendetta against the character of Colossus by Fox for reasons unknown.
