The bun does look dry, and the onions are a bit too large. But mostly it’s the bun and the arranging of the ingredients - Portillo’s has a method that helps keep everything together.

If you go, get a chocolate cake shake, which is a ridiculous and delicious dessert. The cheese fries are also good.

No matter where the Walmart is, though, it’s the same “low prices above all else” mentality - I worked for a consumer goods company and Walmart was one of our biggest customers. They demand exclusives that cost less than the versions sold at other stores, and that generally meant cutting corners on quality.

The question is whether the poke stand employees will be Walmart employees or Uncle Sharkii employees. If they’re employed by Walmart and everything is stocked by them, then yes, I would be very wary. Less so if the restaurant is controlling things.

See, when I’m in World Showcase, I’m not looking for American food - I can get good barbecue and craft beer at home in Chicago.

I don’t remember what the first episode of Archer was that we watched, but I remember thinking it wouldn’t be my thing -and then they made a joke about William Randolph Hearst and I was like okay, this show is pretty smart after all.

I’ve had some legit amazing food at Disney World, it’s gotten really good. Honestly the main downside is that I’m usually very sweaty and wearing shorts and a graphic tee - but so is everyone else.
