I can't really either, but I can hold it against everyone else. I love this movie, but it continues to annoy me that it is regarded as in any way philosophically deep.

You're forgetting the elves and fossilized viking turds.
It was thinly sliced, so came across more as carpaccio. I've eaten horse before, and it's very much like lean beef.
I've had the Icelandic hot dog. It's not bad. You can find better in Chicago.
I'm not from Texas, and in many ways I think Texas is kind of the worst (I lived there for three years, so I'm not entirely unfamiliar), but I do have to give it to them: Texas barbecue is far superior to Carolina, and they have a point about the chili. I'm not really passionate on the topic of chili, and I like beans…
Counterpoint: get that fucking thing in my mouth now
But do you think they send him out before he's ready? I hope they wait until he's ready. I bet they do! It only makes sense.
Heh, I came down here to make my own "casually bragging about war crimes" comment. Great minds, etc.
Wait, are you serious? You're jerking the wrong knee on this one. It looks like you scanned the headlines and went with "rich person buys their way out of justice" fake outrage, when you should have chosen "overzealous and corrupt prosecutors pin murder on foreigner" from the menu.
Upvoted for "gruble."
Yeah, I pulled the ripcord at exactly the point where the article starting parsing hashtags, and the skipped down here for the larfs. This article should have been about 10 words long: "LOOK AT THESE GROWN MEN DRESSED AS NAZI PLUSH TOYS, YOU GUYS!!!!"
Plus, Zaxxon!
Ahem. I paid money to see Leonard Part 6 in a theater.
I think you may be missing some of the irony in the joke.
Surely I'm not the only person who thinks that Del Toro's movies rarely live up to their potential. They look great, but they almost always seem to have plotting/characterization/third act problems. I liked Pan's Labyrinth a lot. Hellboys I/II both suffered from aforementioned problems. Pacific Rim was fine but not…
People are upvoting this comment? Is there some sort of award here for missing the point that I don't know about?
Speaking as a Jew, I didn't realize that this name seems so strange to people. It's the Hebrew form of Susan(nah). Based on the one season I've seen of Girls, the characters are coded as Jewish, and Zosia Mamet is of course the actually Jewish daughter of super-Jew David Mamet. It's a real name.
You're not a hypocrite! That term is widely overused and sadly misunderstood. You would be a hypocrite if you condemned others for watching Girls. But watching it while not enjoying it simply means that, like all of us, you live in a fallen world and the flesh is weak.
O…K? I didn't realize this was the website for necessary opinions. Thank you for bringing the necessity that this conversation about Girls otherwise lacks. Please continue thanking yourself for keeping it so very, very real.
Your irony is odd and misplaced.
