Even though I think his 60's stuff is better, as albums I love his 70's work more.  Desire, New Morning, Nashville Skyline I can listen to start to finish and love every track.

You can also choose the option to make the files completely lossless. It makes the files huge but the option is there. 256 is fine for me and I even still use mp3 for records from the 50's because really the quality there is terrible anyway.
