for new Les Savy Fav. Really liked their last one.

The panda didn't avoid him, he just denied him his essence.

That's a different one, the one with Jack the Ripper. He infected the ship, yeah. Something about having to be home by midnight because he was taking a trip to Florida with his wife.

I do seem to remember they tried to humanize her in TNG…wasn't she shown to have been involved with Riker's father in the past? They did have some decent moments where she seemed like she was a caring person and wasn't all that bad, but it was probably too little too late. She started out grating, and I guess it

I made that argument before, and was told that since it should be considered as an actual episode since it was aired etc. I did sit through it recently and there was a strange attempt at making it a non-clip show with a very weird story wraparound. But yeah, I usually ignore it as an episode, but had the point

That was a great episode. And an example of an episode from the perspective of non-regular crew members/actors that actually works well. I'd have probably watched a spin-off of that. The girl with the nose was really cute too, if I remember correctly.
