This show LOVES proving the skeptical person wrong.  After the exorcism last week, Quinto's character, much like the nymphomaniac, doesn't have a leg to stand on, but the blind skeptic character can't be discarded so early in the season.  That card must be played again and again.

I was watching this episode when one of my roommates came into the room right at the ending, when Chickentown starts up.  That was his first run-in with the Sopranos and he was instantly hooked.
